Summary

Mayor's Burden does not require an account, display third-party advertisements inside the game, sell personal data, or use cross-app tracking for personalized advertising.

Data stored on the device

Saved games, selected city and role, decisions, simulation state, language, audio and accessibility settings, gameplay history and local diagnostic counters remain on the player's device. Erenio Labs does not receive this data. It can be deleted with the in-game reset controls or by uninstalling the app.

Analytics and advertising measurement

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand basic app performance and measure Google Ads campaigns. Firebase may process an anonymous app-instance identifier, general device and app information such as device type, operating-system version, app version and language, approximate region derived from the internet connection, and limited events such as first open, session start, tutorial completion, reaching an election and purchase completion.

We do not send names, email addresses, saved games, free-form content or detailed in-game decisions to Firebase. Analytics is not used to show personalized advertising inside the game. Where consent is legally required, analytics and advertising measurement are controlled according to the user's consent choice. iOS campaign measurement may also use Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork reporting.

Google acts as a service provider for analytics and campaign measurement. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

In-app purchases

Optional one-time purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat. Purchase history, transaction or receipt information, store purchase tokens, an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID and limited technical information are processed to validate purchases, restore access, prevent duplicate purchases and provide purchase analytics. We do not provide RevenueCat with a name, email address, saved-game contents or detailed gameplay activity, and Erenio Labs never receives payment-card details.

Purchase data is encrypted in transit. To request deletion of the anonymous RevenueCat purchase profile, email ereniolabs@gmail.com. Apple and Google may retain payment records as required for payment, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Data we do not collect

We do not request names, contact details, precise location, contacts, files, photos, audio, advertising identifiers, health data or cross-app tracking data. We do not transmit saved-game contents or detailed political and gameplay choices.

Permissions

Internet access is used for Firebase analytics and campaign measurement, Apple App Store or Google Play purchase validation, RevenueCat entitlement checks, and opening published privacy, support and legal pages. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or broad storage access.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

Retention and deletion

Game data remains on the device until reset or uninstall. Analytics retention is managed in the connected Google Analytics property. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide and restore access and meet fraud-prevention, accounting and legal obligations.
